Are you working all day slouched in front of a computer, feeling overworked and underappreciated?
I will give you the tools to revitalize your body and empower yourself again. 

My story

While I never grew up playing traditional sports, I discovered early on that I had some capacity to move in athletic ways and immediately felt the benefits of consistent movement and play. Drawing from my background in martial arts, dance, music, performance and theater, I have cultivated my own practice of conscious movement exploration.

I believe that our bodies are designed to move with grace and efficiency. By focusing on breath, form, body mechanics and proper muscular recruitment, I help my clients develop a more intuitive connection to their bodies while fostering a greater awareness to the functional movement patterns that are a part of their day to day activities.

​Building on a solid foundation of movement, functional strength, knowledge and skill, my goal is to create a safe and fun environment for the exploration of possibilities — challenging motor skills, increasing force production, improving agility and coordination.
 
I welcome all those who are looking for change and are willing to commit body and mind to do the hard work, to make sacrifices, to walk where others dread to walk, regardless of faith, race or gender expression.
